New Delhi: The official answer keys of JEE Main 2014 are finally out on the official websites of CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) and JEE(Joint Entrance Examination) Main.
The pen and paper based exam was held on April 6 whereas the computer based exam for the same was conducted on April 9, 11, 12 and 19.
The results for the same are expected to be declared on May 3 and All India ranks will be announced on July 7 (tentatively).
In case of any discrepancies, the candidates can report latest by 5 pm May 29. In such cases, a fee of Rs 1,000 per question will be required to be submitted through credit/debit card or e-challan. The challenges submitted by post or in person will not be accepted notified the board undersigned the Executive Director.
JEE (Mains) is conducted to test the eligibility of candidates seeking admission to undergraduate engineering programmes in NITs, IIITs and other centrally funded technical institutions in India.
A total of 13.56 lakh students, including 3.16 lakh girls, registered for the exam this year. Of which, 11.84 lakh took the paper and pen exam at 2,173 centres and nearly 1.72 lakh students appeared for the online version of the test.
