November 14, 2014

Now every CBSE school in Indore can assess itself against performance of other CBSE schools across the country. CBSE has provided schools with a specialized data kit which displays the national performance of all its affiliated schools and individual assessment of every school. Indore Sahodaya joint secretary Manoj Kumar Bajpai said that principals were given the demonstration on this kit at a recent conference held at Kochi. "The kit comprises overall results and performances of students in the last seven years of all affiliated schools. Armed with this, we can identify out strengths and weaknesses and come up with strategized plans for improvement," he said. The online kit titled Saransh enables schools to have a comprehensive self-review.
