Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and first class in MSW/MBA (2 years fulltime with specialization in HRM/Personnel Management and Industrial Relations) / First class in Postgraduate Degree/Postgraduate Diploma (2 years fulltime) in HRM/Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from a recognised University/Institute. Pass class in the above disciplines will be considered for SC/ST/ PWD candidates.
Candidates should have post qualification experience of one to two years for the post of Officer (HR) and three years for the post of Assistant Manager (HR)
Candidates will have to go through a written test followed by interview of shortlisted candidates.
