The North Eastern Police Academy (NEPA), Meghalaya has announced recruitment for various vacant posts inviting interested and eligible candidates to fill up the positions on contractual basis.
NEPA is an establishment of the government of India, under the Ministry of Home Affairs. It is situated in Ri-Bhoi district of Meghalaya and is engaged in shaping police officers of North Eastern States for equitable, effective and sensitive policing. It is dedicated to teaching the police personal of North Eastern states to safeguard the value of freedom - freedom from disorder, criminal acts and criminals.

Age Limit: The maximum age of the applicant must be 27 years and the minimum age must be 18 years.
Educational Qualification: The applicant should have completed matriculation or equivalent/Diploma in motor mechanism/Class VII pass and must be holding a valid driving license with three years of driving experience.
Selection Procedure: A written test, a physical efficiency, a driving test and a trade test would be conducted to shortlist the candidates.
