With just one more day left to complete the application registration process for the Indian Ordnance Factories recruitment 2014, those who are interested in applying may hurry up. August 9, 2014 is the last date to submit the application form. The Indian Ordnance Factories Organisation, a family of 41 ordnance factories under the aegis of its corporate headquarters Ordnance Factory Board, Kolkata, is engaged in production, testing, logistics, research, development and marketing of a comprehensive product range in the area of land, sea and air systems.
The candidates must ensure they fit the eligibility criteria. Candidates should not be above 27 years. Besides, the candidates should have acquired a degree or diploma in relevant discipline, approved by AICTE. They should have obtained a B.Sc. degree in general chemistry. Candidates will be short-listed on the basis of their performances in a three-hour written test.

No manual applications will be entertained.
Candidates should apply online only. After submitting the duly filled application forms, they are required to take a hard copy of the same.
Thereafter, the candidates are required to sign the printed copy of the application.
The printed copy of the application, along with the original copy of payment challan, has to be dispatched to a postal address given in the printout of the application form.
In case, a candidate claims fee exemption, the copies of self-attested certificates supporting the same should be enclosed in the hard copy of the application.
Candidates will receive acknowledgement through SMS/email after receipt of the same in physical format.
Also, candidates are required to send a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the concerned authorities, which is to be submitted at the time of counseling.
Candidates sponsored by Employment Exchange will also have to submit the applications, online itself.
